Getting Started

Due to high demand, you may be placed on a waitlist. Rest assured, we will contact you as soon as an appointment becomes available.

Yes, we recommend booking three to four follow-up sessions when securing your first appointment to ensure consistency and availability.

Yes, we require:
Full fee payment for initial counselling and assessment appointments.
Post initial sessions, we can process credit card payments on the day of your appointments.

Specialised Programs

Biofeedback uses sensors to provide real-time feedback on physiological states like heart rate. It helps clients develop self-regulation techniques to manage stress, improve focus and memory as well improve performance.

These programs combine mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, and somatic experiencing to support relaxation, trauma recovery, and emotional resilience.

Cogmed is a neuroscience-based program designed to improve working memory and attention. It’s evidence-based and ideal for individuals with ADHD or attention challenges.
Plant Medicine Preparation & Integration

This service supports individuals who have independently experienced plant medicine journeys. We provide a professional and safe space to process and integrate these experiences.

No, we do not provide or endorse plant medicines. Our role is to support preparation and integration for those who have already accessed these treatments elsewhere.
NDIS and Workplace Services

We provide assessments, therapy, and behaviour support plans tailored to NDIS participants. Our services enhance psychological capacity, improve communication, and promote independence.

Yes, we provide:
Psychological Functional Assessments: Evaluating an individual’s ability to perform work tasks.
Vocational Capacity Assessments: Identifying transferable skills and employment opportunities.

Once your appointment is confirmed, you’ll receive:
An email with your appointment details.
Two forms to complete online.
We recommend submitting these forms before your first session.

To ensure we provide the best possible care for all clients, we require 24-48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
The following cancellation fees apply:
• More than 48 hours’ notice: No fee incurred
• 24-48 hours’ notice: 50% of the session fee
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: Full session fee
Below are examples for further clarity on how this policy applies:
For a Wednesday appointment:
• Cancel by Monday morning: No fee incurred
• Cancel on Monday (after midday) - Tuesday morning (before midday): 50% of session fee
• Cancel on Tuesday (after midday): Full session fee
For a Thursday appointment:
• Cancel by Tuesday morning: No fee incurred.
• Cancel on Tuesday (after midday) - Wednesday morning (before midday): 50% of session fee
• Cancel on Wednesday after midday: Full session fee
For a Friday appointment:
• Cancel by Wednesday morning: No fee incurred
• Cancel on Wednesday (after midday) - Thursday morning (before midday): 50% of session fee

Yes, many of our services are eligible for Medicare rebates with a GP referral. We also accept private health insurance and NDIS funding.
