Executive Counselling

We understand at PsychWell the impact of today’s highly charged, ever changing organisational environments on Executives, and there has been a lack of focus on the importance and need for Executive Counselling. High levels of stress, time pressures, work conflicts and competing organisational demands impact not only the Executive’s effectiveness in their role, but also their individual health and their professional and personal relationships. Executive Counselling, unlike Coaching, offers the opportunity and space to address such issues, and offers a safe, discreet and confidential relationship to talk, discuss and debrief the pressing issues at hand, and identify the strategies for intervention.

Personality Assessments

Here at PsychWell we recognise workplaces are dictated not only by policies and business strategies, but also by the personalities of their employees. Personality affects all aspects of a person’s performance, including how employees react to situations on the job. Psychosocial Risk Assessments

At PsychWell our Psychosocial Risk Assessments are designed to help Human Resource Departments and Management in supporting individual employees experiencing personal or work-related challenges. Mediation / Dispute Resolution Services

At PsychWell our Mediation / Dispute Resolution Services provide objective meditation consults to assist individuals who are in conflict negotiate a mutually acceptable agreement. Outplacement and Career Counselling

Our PsychWell Outplacement and Career Counselling service can assist workplaces in the event where employees have been terminated due to disciplinary action or when employees have been notified of their redundancies. We support the transition of employees to another arranged organisation or provide job seeking skills and education to increase employee’s successful redeployment.
